Quantum Pulse Productions is aimed at replacing the Film and Television studio system as we know it.  It is an employee-owned, democratically run, grassroots funded Film and Television Cooperative.

Get back to work!  I'm happy to drop as much of the courier services I've been running as possible and get back to set work.  I not only have a career to build but a business to build as well!  I believe Quantum Pulse, as a business structure, will continue to be very relevant and an important venture to pursue.  

Yes!  The system is clearly broken and the studios, as we know them, are so vertically integrated to parent companies and larger holding groups that they are no longer serving their purpose.  It's time for a major change.  

We believe AI is a great tool to use. However, it is not, and never will be, something we use to replace a human. Cutting costs and replacing labor is against company policy. We believe AI can fit in the workplace but we will never use it in any creative venture. For the creative side, as much as possible, we will use more traditional methods. 

By selling merchandise.  Each piece of gear is another brick in the wall that helps build the business.  It's also showing support of American workers who have been taken advantage of by the owners of these major corporations.  

The environment and the workers are the biggest stakeholders.

Because corporate funding where we give away equity to another company would be counter to the mission of the business.  The idea is to be supported and built by the worker, for the worker.  The sales of shirts, hats and hoodies builds the business.  We are not seeking corporate funding.  

Employee-owned means every employee in the business would be an owner with a voting right, equity in the business or project which means they would get residuals, and a voice.  

This means that whenever we make a big decision that will affect how we do business, each and every employee has an opportunity to vote on what we do.  A two-thirds vote is required to pass anything.  Management will be in place to present various ideas and insure we don't get deadlocked in democratic proceedings.

A cooperative is a horizontally integrated business structure that is employee owned.  This means that profit-sharing and residuals go to every single employee and are not made to line the pockets of certain individuals.  The goal is to spread the wealth and, should the company profit, everyone involved will as well.

Anyone is encouraged to buy merch!  By buying something you are showing solidarity and supporting the American Film and Television worker and their families.  You are also showing support for millions of workers across the country and showing those powerful corporations that run this nation that we are no longer willing to support them.  You are stripping the corporate conglomerates of their power by helping build this business.  If it is successful, others will follow.
